7 month old twins on formula fed. Having frequent bowel movements. Looking for treatment

My twins are 7 month old & are formula fed Baby A passes stools after every feed since 6 days & Now its Baby B since 2 days Stools are semifluid, yellow, sticky, grainy, yellow jelly, no foul smell Also 3 days back Baby A had black loose grainy stools 3 times consecutively after having pomegranate juice but later as mentioned above

Hello madam,
I am highly concerned about your complaints regarding your twins. The way you have described this stool of both the babies indicates no alarming signs of any disease. These are just normal variants of stool which are faced at the time of introduction of complementary feeds to the children. These are due to the variation of bowel habits and digestive capabilities of the baby. Warning signs are- blood in stool, fever, lethargy and refusal to feed. These symptoms are to be attended urgently. Thank you
