Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query on healthcaremagic.com and giving us this opportunity to clarify your doubts.
Well, in children the quality of the stools is more important than the quantity. 3 times stools is alright, provided they are normal in consistency(not very watery), non-bloody, non-mucoid, not associated with pain and fever and rash.
As for the cough and cold, sounds like she has developed some kind of an upper respiratory tract infection, for which she will need some anti-histaminic medications.
I hope i have helped you to clarify your doubts and i will be available for any further assistance in case you have doubts. Take care and stay healthy.

Pediatrician, Neonatology Dr. Ravikiran Reddy's  Response
Hello.. Your child weight is good and passing stool three times in a day is normal for children. But the other complaints which includes cough fever and vomiting needs to be evaluated clinically and you need to take the advice of pediatrician. Thank you. Good day
