55 Years Old, No Periods, Menopause, Brown Discharge With Fibrous Bits, Back Soreness. Cause Of Concern?

Hi I am a 55 year old woman and my last period was about 5 years ago. For about 3 months running now I have had a brown discharge with fibrous bits in which lasts for about 3 - 4 days. I get a slightly sore back which feels a bit like period pain. Why would this be happening after 5 years of no periods? Should I be worried? Thank you
