50 years old, entered menopause, vaginal bleeding on coughing, sneezing. Cause of concern?
hi yesterday i sneezed and after that i went to the toilet and there was a slight bit of blood , and today i coughed and the same thing again i am in no pain i feel fine , i had a smear test done last wednesday , is it anything to do with that i am 50 years old , i stopped having periods when i was 42 i do have bad hot flushes , on and off is ther anything to be worried about many thanks
hai it is postmenopausal bleeding. it needs evaluation. local examination and ultrasonogram to look uterus ovaries will identify the cause. you may need dilatation and curettage to study your endometrium. consult your gynaecologist.
