5 year old with rash around one side of crotch area My five year old son has a rash on one side of his crotch at the underwear line and on the scrotum underneath the penus, but nothing on the penus. The bumps look like tiny pimples some with head and some not. I think it showed up after he had the flue, it has been there over a week, and does nt look any better. I have put diaper cream and neosporin on it. It is worse after he plays outside.
