Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

After a head injury one should monitor a child for the following problems.

They are
1. Vomiting
2. Loss of consciousness
3. Seizures
4. Bleeding from the nose or ear

If any of the above is present the child should be taken to the emergency.

Since your child has repeated vomiting (particulary important if it is projectile) please take him to the nearest health care center.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
