5 Year Old, Chest Pain, Breast Swollen, Tender. Cause Of Pain?

My 5 year old daughter has been complaining of chest pain for about a week now. she said "It really hurts." I took a look at her chest & the right breast is tight, almost swollen looking and tender to the tough. She also said it hurts in the space just below the sternum. I'm a little concerned. I'm planing on taking her to the doctor in the morning what cold be causing her so much pain?

Is there any redness around breast or your child has fever.it seems as per your description that it is an underlying infection leading to abscess formation.other causes may also be there.so it will be better if you take an expert consultation and get your daughter checked properly.Dont overlook it.
