Hi Niharbal,
Thanks for writing in. I read your mail with diligence. I would rather have a specialist opinion in Healthcaremagic for a detailed answer.
Blood Pressure is a silent killer. It is a risk factor for coronary artery disease and cerebro-vascular accident(STROKE). Fact is what needs to be known is your age, your height and weight, your lipid profile and Fasting Blood Sugar. Also, I want to know is there any family history of heart disease. Because if any other risk factor is present blood pressure ideally should be as close to 120/80 mm Hg. I would urge you to ask a regular question after this so that a proper treatment can be planned for you which can be non pharmacological as well and we may succeed in that. For two measures are highly successful one is progressive muscular relaxation techniques and secondly, if you are obese a regime of diet and exercise.
You can write to me.
With Best Wishes.
