Blood Pressure is a silent killer. It is a risk factor for coronary artery
disease and cerebro-vascular accident(STROKE
). Fact is what needs to be known is your age, your height and weight, your lipid profile
and Fasting Blood Sugar. Also, I want to know is there any family history of heart disease
. Because if any other risk factor is present blood pressure ideally should be as close to 120/80 mm Hg.
