semen analysis appearance normal volume 3.9ml liquefaction 30min consistency normal PH 8.0 sperm concentration 120.1x10ml total sperm count 468.39 x 10 forward progression 20% rapid linear progression 3% abnormal forms 44% pus cells 0-2 / HPF how i can slove this problem, with medican or with food. i am out of country without family, i go home for very short holidays. my age is 44years married just one year back. please advise me. thank you & regards. Look, you have all the parameters within normal limit except the sperm motility.
So, what you need is to increase the motility.
Just take some vitamin E and coenzyme Q. They are very much important.
