Your friend has TMT positive i.e she is having some problem in her heart or heart vessels.
It is possible that she might have high cholesterol in her blood giving rise to some blockage in her cardiac vessels and that is why doctor has prescribed Modlip ASG which helps in lowering blood cholesterol and thinning of blood.
