General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing in.
Refusal to feed in children is often sign of an infection or an illness that needs to be properly evaluated by a paediatrician. If she has an infection, a course of antibiotics may be warranted. She needs to be examined so that the cause can be narrowed down and appropriate treatment can be started.
Please visit her paediatrician as soon as possible. Children often can get very sick very fast.
Hope this helps
