40 Weeks Pregnant, Having A Extreme Back Pain. Is This A Labor Pain?

I am 40 weeks and have been getting extreme back pain etc, any how every time i have been to the toilet its resulted in doing poos which is not normal just been to hospital and midwife checked me out to see if was in labour got home went toilet again to discover a little white worm on the paper after wiping, what do i do

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
IT seems that you are having worm infestation.
Nothing to worry about worms just now.
Now think of labor pain as you are having full term pregnancy and now any pain in abdomen can be labor pain.
Remain in contact with your Obst.
Treatment of worms can be done after delivery.
Avoid constipation.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and bye.
