Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

Your kid requires to be examined to arrive at the exact cause of this developemental delay.

Did he cry immediately after birth?

Were there any problems when his mother is carrying him?

Did he have any history of meningitis?

His hearing needs to be evaluated with BERA. Further investigations may be ordered by the treating doctor depending on examination findings.

Developmental stimulation is required.

Continue to ask further queries as required.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
