4 Month Old Baby Having Cold, Cough And Low Temperature. Is 2.5 Ml Of Novamox Dosage Too High?

HI my 4 month girl baby was having cold and cough and doctor prescribed novamox 2.5ml dosage and flucold. isn't the novamox dosage too high? she has been having low temperatures since yesterday.at one point it touched 95 degree F. What low temperature could be a problem??

the dose of novamox is okay 2.5 ml tds
the flucold is antiallergic having paracetamol which decreases fever
so need to replace it with fexofenadine or montelucast for cold instead of flucold
