The majority of women go into labor between 39-41 weeks. Increased vaginal pain
and pressure with an increased vaginal discharge
are likely related to the baby 'dropping' and your cervix
'thinning'. The symptoms you are describing are reason enough to call your doctor to be evaluated for labor. If you are not in labor, it is hard to predict when it will actually occur.
