Im 37 years old female 6ft tall 130 pounds my blood pressure is 126/93 heart rate is 116 I ve had a lot of stress lately my mom just passed away 3 weeks ago is this a normal bp and hrt rate ? Beverly

your bp is on normal side.only slight increase in diastolic one.but your heart raye is on higher side.dont worry. just follow a healthy life style. have regular excercise.brething excercise yoga and meditation are very helpful.controll ur salt level in diet. avoid stress.
take lot of green veg,fruits. take care
