37 Weeks Pregnant, Thick Clear Discharge, Cramping Like Period Cramps, Back Pain. Going To Labor?
I am 37 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby. I have a thick clear discharge and cramping like period cramps and bad back pain, I also had a very very thick sticky discharge this morning. I was induced with my other 2 children and Im unsure if Im going into labor or not. Should I go to the emergency room and get checked or just wait?

The symptoms you have described are suggestive of an impending labor. No need to panic. If the contractions become severe, there is any bleeding or watery discharge or decreased fetal movements then do rush to ER.

Thanks for the query, thick clear discharge could be sign of vaginal infection. Its always better to rule out premature rupture of membranes (PROM). All the best.
