Hi, Thanks for using HCM. If your blood pressure is normal, this may be due to preterm labor pains. One of the commonest cause is infections of the genitourinary tract. But infections anywhere in the body can cause preterm labor pains. If you have gestational diabetes, get your blood sugar checked to see if normal. You need to control the diarrhea. Try simple light diet like juice and soups with fresh fruits like banana along with yogurt. Avoid spices and oils or cheese. Withholding any iron tablets that you may be taking for one or two days also helps. Try bed rest to control pain. If the pain persists and you have any vaginal fluid or discharge from the vagina, consult your Obstetrician as you may need additional drugs.
Hope this was helpful.
Take care and get well soon. Have a nice day.
