34 Weeks Pregnant. Pain In Hips, Uterus, Lower Abdomen, Body Pain, Headache, Difficulty Walking. Causes?

i am 34 weeks pregnant tomorrow, with my second child. My first pregnancy was so much easier. I have been in a lot of pain in my hips and lower abdomen the past week. I have been having sharp shooting pains in my uterus . now today my entire body hurts, and my head is killing me. i can barely walk it hurts to squat and bend over. what is going on.

The pain in your body associated with a headache during pregnancy may be related to a raised blood pressure specially if it is associated with swollen feet. You need a thorough examination by your gynecologist and get yourself treated accordingly.
