Hi Rajini, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
Since how long have you been trying to conceive? Have you put on weight recently? Are your Periods regular? If you have got your Periods, then there is no way you can be Pregnant. If you are planning to conceive, have unprotected sex every alternate day starting from 10th to 20th day of your cycle. If you have been trying it for a year, you and your husband should get evaluated by a Gynecologist. Ask your husband to get his Semen analysis
done and you should be getting a Ultrasound
and Blood Work up done to rule out if you have PCOS
. The treatment will depend upon the cause. Exercise regularly, eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Maintain a Healthy weight. Go for regular follow up.
Wish you Good Health and All the Best.
