Thanks for using the HCM. I am happy to address your questions, to avoid any side effects remember to use Revital once in 24 hours. Then, it should be taken after taking meal either lunch or dinner. Consuming on empty stomach can be detrimental to your digestive system. It’s because of its ingredients which are heavily laced with multi-vitamins and minerals. In addition to problem with indigestion, you may also feel severe heartburn and nausea. In pregnant and lactating women MUST not take Revital as it may have an adverse effect on both mother and child. There is not much side effects of Revital. However, you should also check whether you need any health supplements or not. Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help. Thanks
