Hi,
The condition what you are telling is 'RHINITIS OF PREGNANCY'.
Pregnant women experience either stuffy nose or running nose during pregnancy. This is due to physiological increased levels of estrogen hormone during pregnancy.
It can start as early as your second month and tends to worsen later in pregnancy. The congestion should ease up soon after you give birth and be gone completely within two weeks after delivery.
Treatment:
1] Take a steam inhalation before going to bed.
2] If no relief with steam, put saline nasal drops -2 drops each nostril.
3] Use vaporizer with drop of eucalyptus oil in bedroom.
4] Use extra pillows during sleep.
Make sure you do not have infection as evident by-cough, sneezing, sore throat, fever, headache due to sinusitis.
