30 Years Old, Lack Of Energy, Talking In Sleep. History Of Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Treatment?

Hi, I am a male, 30 years of age. I feel energy less even after a full night sleep . I suffer from Irritable Bowel Syndrome . I occasionally talk while asleep which has been the issue since childhood. I am settled in career and life. I am married for 5 years and have a 1 year old daughter whom I love very much. Please help.
