3 Years Old Baby Got Nose Bleeding & Fainting
3 y/o male had 3 episodes of nosebleeds. Later found unconscious by the mom & she rushed him to ER. He was unconscious for 25 minutes. All labwork was normal. (in Canada) What could be wrong?

Epistaxis can be due to multiple factors or reasons.The causes of nosebleeds can be divided into two categories, local and systemic factors, but significant number of nosebleeds occur with no obvious cause.

Possibly could have had head injury...which must have resulted in nose bleeds and now unconsciousness...I hope he is ok now...A plain CT of the brain will tell what is wrong

Kindly take him to a ENT Specialist as there are various causes to this. He will require CT scan of head to rule out any pathology in the head or his sinuses. The loss of consciousness may also be due to sudden blood loss.
Kindly get him evaluated by a Neurologist as well without any delay.
