3 year old with pus filled boils. What is it?

i have noticed that my 3 year that has skin colored mushy above skin (like moles). they are about the size of a bb. i kind of mushed on today and it was a white substace that came out of them. He has had the bumps for about 6 months and when i first noticed i tried to mush and nothing came out. should i worry? and what is it that he has?

Though you have given a good description of the skin condition you have not mentioned where the lesions are and how many? It is very difficult to give any guidance without having a look at them.
