3 Year Old With Cough, Running Nose And Wheezing. On Duolin Nebulization. Further Medication?
hi doctor my son is 3 years 4 months he has been coughing a lot since yesterday unable to sleep at night no running nose i took him to a doctor today and she said that he had wheezing and prescribed duolin respules for nebulization i had him nebulized this morning and afternoon but he stlll continues to have a lot of cough please advise

Your child might need duolin nebulization 8th hourly for 2 to 3 days to relieve the wheezing and there by reducing cough and you can use cough syrup containing bronchodilator after consulting your Pediatrician.For running nose you can use antihistamine drug in prescribed dosage
