It is best to rule out a fracture
first. Please visit an ER at the earliest. Although primary concern would have been to stop the bleeding, as this has almost completely stopped, proper visualization of the nasal passage along with a PNS x-ray would be mandatory. Clinical correction would be required. Once a fracture is ruled out, a nasal pack could be applied to control bleeding.
