3 Year Old, Difficulty In Breathing, Moving Neck More On Left Side. Recommendations?

Hi doct
My daugther is 3 and half years old
I saw her always moved her neck left side more than right
Also when she has difficult breathing at nigh time
I took her to see Dr. Althought they said nothing
I really worried when I saw her
I have been liked that one and half months
I didn't know what to do
She wasn't eating and lost weigh also
Please help me:(((((

so she doesn't move a lot towards the right side.
if we see here,we really need to examine her to be certain about whats the problem or is it just nothing.
when you maneouvre the right side movements does she complain of any pain?
does she cry then?
Also regarding eating and breathing difficulty can you be little more elaborative,so i can guide you properly.
