Dear Canowy,
Dont feel worried about your kid's dental health, what she needs is a professional cleaning of her teeth and a proper examination fo her gums by a qulaified dentist. There is a possibility of dpoesits beign accumulated beneath her gums which can be removed only by professional cleaning. once it is done the gums will stop bleeding gradually and from then if you keep good oral hygiene measures like brushing twice a day speacially before sleeping would help her maintain the good dental health
Take care.
