3 Year Old Child, Dark Bruise On Lower Spine, Not Growing In Size. Causes And Treatment?

Hi my 3 year old son has had some dark.almost red bruise marks on his lower spine right at the arch of his back. Its been present for the last year or so but doesnt seem to have much significance to him he doesnt complain about it at all and doesnt grow in size. He is tall and built for his age but i dont know what it could be. Any ideas?

by your history this seem to be a case of mangolian spot which is usually present at back mainly in lumber or sacral region and dark colored and this is painless. .
not to be vary . some time this fade with advancemen in age. but this does not need treatment
