3 Year Girl, Butt Pain, Growth, Occasional Constipation. Advice?

My 3 yr old daughter has been complaining that her butt hurts. Noticed a few months back there was a growth. Unsure what it was so I let it go because she didn't complain. Looked at it ever time since then seems like it has increased in size. Unsure if its hemorroid or a skin tag. Its not bleeding. My daughter ocassionaly gets constipated.. but barely. Any advice what it could be?

From your description given it appears to be sentinel pile which is skin tag seen in long standing cases of fissure in ano which may be a cause of constipation and pain. Get a consultation from Pediatric Surgeon for assessment for constipation.
