3 kids, C-section delivery, no body shape, 105 kg weight, pills and diet to reduce weight

Hello Dr I am 27 years old N having 3 kids with c section . My body is to much unshape n my weight is 105 kg plz tell me any pills or diet for redusing weight

Slow and steady weight loss of no more than 1-2 pounds per week is the safest way to lose weight. Too rapid weight loss can cause you to lose muscle rather than fat. They are associated with various side effects as nausea, vomitting, bloating, dizziness, increased heart beat, blood pressure changes, anxiety etc.
So, please do not fall for these traps.

Hi,thanks for posting your query.Please understand that there are no short cuts to reducing weight.Please do not take any pills unless advised by your doctor.For reducing your weight please plan your diet well.Avoid fried foods and food rich in calories like sweet,fried snacks,junk food etc.Do regular exercise about 30 minutes everyday like walking,skipping ropes,aerobics etc.This will help.regards,dr.pragnesh
