3 1/2 Year Old. Potty Trained, Bed Wetting, Fishy Smell In Urine. Could It Be UTI?

GoodMorning, My 3 1/2 year old has been potty trained for a year but all of a sudden started wetting her bed everynight.During the day time she tries to hold in her pee and results in an accident almost everytime. She doesnt mind being wet. Her urine is starting to get a fishy smell? Could this be a UTI because she has been holding her urine for too long?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum,
Yes it can be due to uti. You need to get her urine tested before any further evaluation is done. If urine is normal, then you can think about working up further for any other causes of secondary enuresis which your pediatrician can explain in detail.
Hope your child gets well soon
