hi vijay... high lipid profile is generally due to genetic or poor lifestyle.. the only permanent cure for it is improving your need to star with some exercise like brisk walks/ swim/ jogging/ dancing for 1 small meals every 2-3 hours.. have fruits, almonds, walnuts, oats, salads, brown rice, jowar/ ragi.. avoid egg yolks, red meat, whole milk.. opt for slim milk.. you also need to avoid fried and sweets and junk foods... eat natural foods as much as possible.. drink lot of water.. also take 2 fish oil capsules daily for omega 3 which helps reduce well..
