you can only control your
high cholesterol level ,
as you are young and have abnormal cholesterol level you should start medicine ,
apart form medicine you should also adopt healthy life style ,
make some changes in your diet and exercise .
Diet:
Take good quantity of fresh fruits , fresh green leafy vegetables , pulses, legumes , dry fruits like almond , wall nut ,
take whole grain food like brown bread , brown rice , whole wheat ,
sea food like sea fish salmon , tuna , sardine , meat like lean poultry ,
restrict salt intake
avoid fried food ,ghee , butter , red meat , organ meat like
liver ,
kidney and sea food like prawns , crabs, egg yellow if you are non vegetarian
avoid bakery items , fried food , sweets, ice cream .
Exercise:
Do regular brisk walking
do yoga's , pranayam's.
Addiction:
Quit any form of Tobacco if you are using,
limit your alcohol intake,
