Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic.

From the description of your symptoms, it appears that you are having an upper respiratory tract infection. I would advise you to avoid taking any over-the-counter medication on your own, because some of them may not be safe in pregnancy. You can try home remedies like salt water gargles, steam inhalation and normal saline nasal drops (Nasoclear). Drink plenty of fluids and keep taking hot fluids frequently. If your fever or other symptoms keep persisting or if you develop yellowish phlegm or sputum, then I would advise you to visit a doctor for a check-up and further treatment.

Best wishes,
Dr. Sheeba Stephen
