Thank you for all the information you have provided. You do need to lose weight which will make a lot of your problems better. I hope you have had your thyroid
functions tested. I think your problems are related to anxiety
as well and using medications and therapy will help. Please see a psychiatrist
and a counselor for the necessary recommendations. Yoga
