2.5 Year Old, Fever. Taking Medication, No Improvement. Suggestions?

Hi
My Daughter 2.5 yrs old is having fever since friday morning and after cosulting nearby doctor undergoing below medication -
1. Calpol / Crocin
2. Bricarex
3 Relent
4. Zocon
5. Candid
She is also having throat infection alongwith high fever . Please suggest on mdeication as the fever is still at same level i.e. 37 - 38 degree celsius.

Greetings of the day
Its common to have mild fever in upper respiratory tract infection. If the fever is still persisting for more than 48 hours after taking full antibiotics then change the antibiotic preferably to azithromycin. If there is no hurried breathing then there is no cause for further concern. Give Her warm fluids like hot soup. Milk with turmeric added. Saline nebulization will also benefit her.
