hi priya,
bed wetting at the age of 24 years is a serious problem
the main treatment of it is the behaviour therapy
fix an alerm before going to the bed at night
let the alarms to ring at 2-3 times at night as u actually dont know the time
and when alarm rings u must go to the bathroom for voiding
u should carry on it for atleast 4-6 wks
then u may acquire the habit to go to the bathroom spontaneously
u may try some drugs
but best treatment should be behavioural therapy
u also need to exclude diabetes for this need to have FBS PPBS
take an urological opinion for this
i think my advice will be of help to u
thank u
