23 yrs male had a l1 stable compression fracture. what is the ideal time for healing of bone in such case ?

i,23 yrs male, had a l1 stable compression fracture 8 weeks back with no nervous impairment. i have been on a TLSO brace and completely immobilised on full bed rest. i hardly have any pain now. do you think i can get up now ? what is the ideal time for healing of bone such that it can bear weight without breaking ?
