23 Yrs Male Had A L1 Stable Compression Fracture. What Is The Ideal Time For Healing Of Bone In Such Case ?

i,23 yrs male, had a l1 stable compression fracture 8 weeks back with no nervous impairment. i have been on a TLSO brace and completely immobilised on full bed rest. i hardly have any pain now. do you think i can get up now ? what is the ideal time for healing of bone such that it can bear weight without breaking ?

Yes you can get up and start doing light exercise such as brisk walking and moving your trunk while stabilizing the legs.
