Generally such issues are seen in case of first pregnancy and they are common , so you need not worry about it ,
and the other issues you stated are mere psychological and nothing else , I recommend you to take iron rich food , go for walks , practice meditation
and listen to good music.
Alternatively I suggest you to consult a Gynecologist if these problems persist.
