Hi,
High blood pressure during a panic attack is very common. Let your first priority be weight reduction. Overweight is a precursor for many cardiovascular diseases.
Prevention is always better than cure. Try to go for a brisk walk every day. Avoid overeating. Try to do some exercise daily.
Try to avoid smoking. Overweight and smoking combination is bad for cardiovascular system.
Regards.
