Hello.welcome to hcm.
You should be worried if the pain comes even when you are not under stress,it comes and goes with a regular frequency and the pain increases every time. Also if u notice any discharge or blood per vagina.
Even quickening can have similar feeling when pregnant females feel the fetus moving for the first time.
I advice you to visit your doctor if the above symptoms are present. Even ultrasound scan can look for any problems.
Also stress is very bad for developing fetus and can have varied effects. You should either stop taking stress or change the place to a calm sorroundings till you deliver.
All the best

General & Family Physician Dr. Ganesh Dhakappa's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for choosing HCM.
Your complaints of lower abd pain may be due to uterine contractions or some other cause like Intestinal spasms due to spicy foods, urinary infections & stress etc.
However, the uterine contractions are detrimental to the progress of pregnancy & you need to check with your doctor & get uterine relaxants.
