2 Year Old With Rashes On The Face And Head, Blood In Diaper. Allergy Or Due To Constipation?

Hi, my daughter is 2 years old and she has developed a rash over the last week. We noticed she was scratching her head vigorously on Saturday evening and all day Sunday. On Monday, small pimple-like spots appeared on her face. By Tuesday, they were all over her body. We took her to the pediatrician on Thursday when it became apparent that she didn't have anything like chickenpox. She hasn't had ANYTHING "new" to eat or drink and she has no known allergies. Today, she had a little bit of blood in her diaper. We thought maybe it was from constipation, but her "mystery rash" is still all over, causing her to itch like crazy, and we're feeling paranoid.

THE CHILD NEEDS ONLY BREAST MILK TILL 2 YEARS AND DOES NOT NEED MILK AFTER 2 YEARS
IF WE ADD MILK AND DIARY AFTER 2 YEARS CHILD GET THESE ALLERGIC SYMPTOMPS
SO COMPLETELY WITHDRAW MILK AND DIARY PRODUCTS ADD DIFFERENT THINGS LIKE JUIC FRUIT VGETABLES CEREALS
OTHERWISE IT WILL GO ON INCREASING AND YOU WONT FIND ANYTHING IN ANY TEST
AT PRESENT GIVE PIRITON 1./2 TSF NIGHT'
APPLY CAlamine lotion on the skin area which is having itch
