2 year old, suffering from cold, metallic smell from breath, vomiting, loose stools. Cure?

My two year old has a cold and her breathe smells metallic. She has also vomited last night and had a very loose stool . Her appetite seems to have improved. For the last two days prior she had little appetite. We have trying to keep her hydrated and hope that this will soon pass. Last night she slept for a long time 5 hrs, before vomiting and went to sleep after. She is normally very healthy. Thanks

No need to worry!

In Diarrhea important thing is watch for Dehydration Sign. (low urine out put, sunken eyes, Absent tear less, drowsiness, Lethargic, Abdominal distention, Restlessness etc)

Pediatric opinion:
If your child dehydrate.
Stool with blood
Stool with mucus(White sticky discharge)
High Grade fever.

I would advice:
keep her Hydrate. Is most important condition in diarrhea
1.Give plenty of water(1/2 liter water+ 4 tsf sugar+ 1/2 tsf salt) Or ORS
2.Apple juice, Tea, Pomegranate juice, Coconut water, lemon water Butter milk, Rice Kanjee, Arrowroot Kanjee etc
3. Proper hygiene.
4 Avoid out side food.
5..Do not use much medicine.

Thanks for using Health care magic.
