Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic
in a child the important aspect of treatment is hydration status. Because children can rapidly become dehydrated, it is important that this be monitored.
Since her episodes of vomiting
were a few days ago, her hydration should be normal. This is assessed by her urine output (is she passing the same amount of urine), are her skin/tongue/inner aspect of eyes dry.
can also be an indicator of poor hydration and is concerning in that aspect but if you believe she is properly hydrated then she is likely sleeping because she is unwell and her body is trying to recoup itself.
In the absence of no other symptoms and a normal hydration status, she may be just trying to heal herself.
I hope this helps
