2 Year Old. Difficulty And Bleeding While Passing Stool, Not Passing Stool For 5 Days. Suggest?

Hi,my son is 2yrs old he passes stool everyday but it is very hard he finds difficulty in passing & while passing he bleeds little can you help me to cure his problem.hope it will have no problem in future And another problem is of cousin she does not pass stools for 4 to 5 days she finds it difficult any solution for this.Please help me out. THANK YOU

Thanks for your query.Your two years old child has difficulty in passing stools and passes blood This is mainly due to hard stools which is common at this age Bleeding that occurs is due to friction of the hard stools over delicate mucus membrane of the rectum and anal canal.Please feed your child with fresh fruits and and diet rich in fibers like oots etc.and sufficient quantity of water This will help in softening the stool.You can give him Liquid Cremaffin at night to relieve constipation.
