2 Wks After Dog Bite, There Is Itching And Lump Formation Under The Skin. There Was Bleeding In The Area Where The Dog Punctured And Did Self Medication By Applying Hydrogen Peroxide, Iodine, And Neosporin Every 12 Hours With Bandaid. Should I Be Concerned?

I was bitten by a dog almost 2 weeks ago on my inner thigh area. The dog made one puncture with it's teeth which bled quite a bit, i was debating if I would need a stitch. I decided to not seek medicat attention, I cleaned and dressed the wound myself and applied hydrogen peroxide, iodine, and neosporin every 12 hours with bandaid. Eventually the bleeding did stop and the swelling and pain is 95% gone, however over the past 4-5 days the area of the puncture has been itching alot and I have notice 3 small lumps under my skin: one medium sized right under and next door to where the dog's tooth made the puncture wound, and two smaller lumps around where the rest of the dog's mouth bit me. No fever, no pain, only when I press really hard on the lumps. Will the itching and lumps go away over time? Do I need to see a doctor? Should I be concerned?

Thank you for your help.
