Hi, Thank you for asking question on health care magic. Stomach pain occurs in children usually due to gastroenteritis, urinary tract infection and also due to worm infestation. Give cylopam syrup 3.5ml 3 times daily to relieve stomach pain immediately. Give walamycin 2 times daily for diarrhea if green and frequent. Albendazole may be required to get rid of the worms. Urine examination to rule out urinary tract infection Any way you have to consult doctor and take his opinion and administer medicines Hope this answer will serve your purpose Please feel free to ask any more queries if required Take care Dr.M.V.Subrahmanyam MD;DCH Associate professor of pediatrics
