19 Year Old. What Could Be Done To Increase Weight And Height?

hello doctor good to meet u here...i m 19 yrs old boy and normal height. my body weight is 55kg. i just appears like very lean. so i want to gain weight and bee chubby and also i want to grow my height. so what can i do...??pls help me...i m doing BE degree. so i cant sleep well because of study. so help me or suggest any supplement to gain weight.

Hi ! I would suggest you not to go for any supplement kind of things available in the market, as they are all synthetic materials, and may be harmful to your health. Instead, you should go for all kind of healthy natural diet with sufficient protein, carbohydrate, fat. Take a lot of fruits, and vegetables along with non veg if you are one. Go for regular exercises and concentrate on your studies. A healthy person is he who is active in his life, and not him who is chubby, with more weight. You should have sufficient sleep to keep fit and active during the day. So take care and good luck.

You have to build your body to gain weight..
You have to take more proteins and less carbohydrates and fats which help in building up the muscle..
You have to regularly exercise to burn the calories otherwise whatever you have taken will be stored as fat.. Even then you gain weight but that is not healthy..
Take plenty of fluids to keep your skin well hydrated..Take fresh fruits and vegetables which provide the necessary vitamins and minerals...
