18 months old baby suffering with stomach infection

Dr., My 18 months old son is hardly anything since the last 2 1/2 months & has got a stomach infection( loose & infectious stools) since last 10 days.i gave him Oflamac M syp . but not much improvement.His LPT is normal except for SGOT/AST-40.1 & SGPT/ALt-44.8.Plz help.

adequete feeding is to be ensured to prevent dehydration and mal nourishment
